A woman’s Yoga Retreat is not just about Yoga. It’s about healing, self-care, and transformation. It’s a sacred pause to listen to your inner voice, surrounded by others doing the same.

Schedule:

  • 650There is total 4 yoga classes. These will be modified to individual’s needs and ability. All levels will be able to practice in their own pace.
  • Poses will be based on Chakras with detailed explanation how it effects our internal organs and how you can enhance their functioning through this practice.
  • The Meditation classes will be catered to the beginner’s level. At the end of the retreat, you will have enough tools to take with you to practice on your own at home.
  • Breath awareness will teach you how to connect with your body. You will learn techniques how to breathe correct to increase your energy level.
  • Yoga Nidra is a Yogic Sleep, it doesn’t mean you will be sleeping. It works on your subconscious mind which helps to relax your physical and mental body at a deeper level.
  • Awaken your senses with forest bathing with a peaceful gentle short hike through the forest trail.
  • 6 nourishing vegetarian meals, prepared by professional chefs. Vegan and gluten free options are also available with small extra cost (need to advise me in advance).
  • Enjoy some ME time to be free from obligations and distractions and just focus on yourself and your desires, write a journal, read a book, listen to the breeze and birds OR simply don’t do anything and just be-present.

My intention is for you to enjoy every moment—before, during, and after the retreat—and to return home feeling nourished and inspired. Stay tuned!

Accomodation:

This retreat is held in the Johnson Yew Building. It has 4 rooms on main floor and 4 rooms on the upper floor. Each room has 2 single beds. $650 based on shared occupancy. If you are bringing a friend with you, you will be guaranteed to share the room with your friend only.

The bathrooms are shared, with 2 bathrooms on main floor and 2 bathrooms on upper floor.

Yoga hall is located downstairs facing the lake with big glass windows.

Dining hall is 2 mins walk to their brand-new Bently Hall, there will washrooms available in this building as well.
