About Me

My Way Of Health & Life

Since 2009, I have helped people improve their health, mobility, and overall well-being through the therapeutic application of yoga. As a Level 2 Yoga Instructor, Certified Yoga Therapist with over 1,000 hours of specialized training, and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), I provide compassionate, evidence-informed, and client-centred care.
In addition to my one-on-one work, I have led health and wellness workshops since 2015 for community organizations, non-profit groups, municipalities, healthcare organizations, and corporate teams. My programs combine movement, breathing techniques, relaxation, mindfulness, and practical lifestyle strategies that participants can incorporate into their daily lives.
I have worked with individuals of all ages and abilities, including wheelchair users and people living with chronic health conditions. I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, and I strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment where individuals can reduce stress, improve strength, manage pain, and develop lasting habits that enhance their overall quality of life.
