I love Kiran’s yoga class! I look forward to it every week. It helps me get through my work day knowing that I will be doing something for myself to wind down at the end of the day. It helps me to relax and release any tension or stress I am feeling. I feel the benefits physically and mentally. Kiran caters her classes to the needs of the individuals attending, including exercises/poses for different areas of the body individuals want to focus on. She also offers different levels of poses to choose from, depending on your comfort level. I practice poses I have learnt at home as well. I recommend trying out Kiran’s yoga classes! They are beneficial for all ages and skill levels!

Kiran is very knowledgeable and experienced in what she does. Having work as a police officer I have back pain from my duty belt , She assessed my concerns and created a yoga program that suited my needs. It helped me with relaxing the muscle tensions throughout my body, in my mind, and learning the importance of how to breathe through stressful situations. I would highly recommend Kiran if you are looking for a pain free lifestyle.
